What can I put on my bracelet?
Start with a name or initials, flags, places, numbers, emojis, logos or personal symbols. Send references so we can discuss how the idea could work as jewellery.
Can you make any logo or symbol?
Every idea is reviewed for design feasibility. Share the exact reference; our team will confirm what can be made and any changes needed before you commit.
How many letters and icons can I choose?
Tell us your preferred lettering and number of icons. We confirm the arrangement, fit and quotation during the design conversation.
Can I send you a picture?
Yes. Upload clear references for your icons, logos or symbols before adding your bracelet to the bag. You can also send them to our team after ordering.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. Production starts only after the final design is approved.
Which metals and diamonds are available?
Choose 925 silver with lab-grown diamonds, 14k gold with lab-grown diamonds, or 14k gold with natural diamonds. Select white, yellow or rose for your letter colour and choose your preferred bead colour. We confirm the final colours and arrangement with you before production.
How long does it take?
Your advisor will confirm the production schedule for your design before you commit. Tell us at the outset if you have a particular occasion in mind.
How does sizing work?
Choose from the listed size ranges, or select “Help me find my size”. We confirm sizing and the final component layout with you before production.
Can I request matching bracelets or another version?
Include the quantity or details of your existing design in the brief. Our team will confirm feasibility, specifications and pricing for the request.
How is my bracelet delivered?
Delivery is tracked and insured, with a signature required. Collection can be arranged with our team where appropriate.
