At ICED LONDON, every order is securely packaged and shipped with care. We offer express, fully tracked delivery worldwide, ensuring your piece arrives quickly and safely.

UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship pieces. Made-to-order items are handcrafted and shipped within the otherwise stated timeframe on the product page.

International Orders
All international orders are shipped using DHL Express. Delivery takes approximately 1–2 business days to the USA, 2–4 business days across Europe, and 3–6 business days for the rest of the world.

Duties & Taxes
We cover all duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States and Europe. You’ll never pay extra fees upon delivery.

Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders once a minimum spend is reached.

Tracking & Delivery
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for security. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and live updates.

Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During collection launches or sale periods, please allow extra time for dispatch.

Address Information
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly. Once dispatched, we cannot amend delivery addresses, and ICED LONDON cannot be held responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect information.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our Client Services team at info@icedlondon.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll coordinate directly with the carrier to resolve any issues quickly.
