Where do I start?
You do not need a finished design. Share a name, idea, sketch or reference, along with your budget and any important date. We will discuss the possibilities with you.
What does a bespoke piece cost?
Commissions start from £2,000, with most between £7,500 and £25,000. Materials, diamond specifications, scale and complexity determine your individual quote.
When do I pay?
We agree your quote before commitment. A 50% deposit is due before design begins, with the balance due before handover.
Will I approve the design?
Yes. We develop a sketch or 3D render with you and agree the final design before production starts. Discuss any changes with your advisor during the design stage.
Which metals and diamonds can I choose?
Discuss 925 sterling silver or solid gold, and lab-grown or natural diamonds, with our team. We confirm the metal, colour and diamond specifications in your individual quote.
Will my diamond come with a certificate?
We offer GIA or IGI diamond certificates for diamonds over one carat. Your advisor will confirm the report for your chosen diamond; this is not based on the combined carat weight of multiple small stones.
How long will it take?
Made-to-order production usually takes two to three weeks. Bespoke timing depends on the design and begins after approval; we confirm your commission’s schedule with you. Tell us about a specific occasion before committing.
Can I send pictures or arrange an appointment?
Yes. Send references by WhatsApp or email. London and virtual appointments are arranged directly with our team; contact us to agree a time and location.
How will my piece reach me?
Delivery is insured and tracked. After dispatch, UK delivery is next business day, USA delivery is two business days and Europe is three to five business days. Production time is additional. We cover duties and taxes for US and European orders.
What happens after delivery?
Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults, including those discovered later, subject to our Warranty & Care policy. Contact us for care advice, inspection or servicing enquiries.
What if I need to return my piece?
Once production begins, made-to-order pieces are final for refunds. We offer store credit for returns requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is new and unworn. Contact our team before returning a piece. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
