Lifetime Guarantee

Our lifetime guarantee covers repairs or replacements for any verified craftsmanship issue. To qualify, the issue must:

• Be reported immediately upon receipt of the item
• Be verified as a manufacturing fault, not the result of normal wear, improper handling, accident, or modification

If your piece qualifies, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the damage falls outside the guarantee, we can still offer a paid repair service.

Care & Cleaning

Wipe your jewellery gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to maintain its finish. Avoid direct contact with perfume, oils, or harsh chemicals.

For Deeper Cleaning:

• Solid Gold Jewellery: Safe to use in an ultrasonic cleaner for a full refresh.
• Silver Jewellery: Can be cleaned using an ultrasonic cleaner, but only for short durations (under 2 minutes). Prolonged cleaning or strong solutions can cause surface dullness.
• Plated Pieces: Do not use ultrasonic cleaners. The vibration may damage the plating layer. Instead, gently clean with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed, then dry thoroughly.

When not in use, store each piece separately in your ICED LONDON pouch or box to prevent scratches and tarnish.

Plated Pieces

Gold and rhodium-plated pieces may naturally fade over time depending on usage and skin type. We offer a refurbishing service to restore your piece to its original condition if desired.
