Op maat gemaakt stuk van 2 gouden tanden, geschikt voor elk van uw voortanden. De losse tanden zijn verkrijgbaar in tandgoud, massief 9-karaats of 18-karaats geel-, wit- of roségoud. Ze kunnen één ontbrekende tand bedekken . Ze zijn gemaakt om op uw eigen tanden te klikken en kunnen op elk gewenst moment worden verwijderd. Een glanzende afwerking is standaard.
We maken het op maat van puur goud (niet verguld), zodat het heel lang meegaat. Kwaliteit gegarandeerd.
OPMERKING:
- Voor klanten in het Verenigd Koninkrijk is één malkit bij de bestelling inbegrepen. Nadat u uw bestelling heeft geplaatst, wordt deze de volgende werkdag verzonden.
- Voor internationale klanten een malkit is Niet inbegrepen en moet apart worden aangeschaft (vanwege de hoge verzendkosten kunnen we deze niet gratis bij de bestelling toevoegen). Klik hier om uw mallenset te bestellen.

Delivery and Returns
All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and all international orders are shipped via DHL. Order processing may take up to 3 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.
Returns accepted within fourteen days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Bespoke commissions, custom engravings and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

- United Kingdom — all duties and VAT included.
- United States — all duties and taxes included.
- European Union — import VAT and duties may be charged on delivery. These are collected by the courier and are the responsibility of the recipient. Charges vary by country.
- Rest of world — local duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import rules before ordering.

Appraisal and Insurance
Every Iced London piece is delivered with a numbered certificate, signed by hand, detailing materials, specifications and replacement value. This serves as your record of purchase and informal valuation, suitable for most home insurance purposes.
Pieces over £5,000 include an independent gemmological appraisal, required by most insurers for higher-value items.
For Custom commissions and pieces over £15,000, the independent appraisal is organised and delivered separately following the piece itself.

Lifetime Guarantee
Every Iced London piece carries a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. Any defect in manufacture will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The guarantee does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse.
Care and Authentication
Every gold and platinum piece carries a London Assay Office hallmark. The hallmark is the legal guarantee of metal purity, struck into the piece itself, a standard that has protected British precious metals since 1300.
Store pieces individually in their original box to prevent scratching. Clean with the provided cloth. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and a soft brush. Dry thoroughly.

Bracelet sizing
Measure the wrist firmly with a soft tape, then add one inch for a comfortable fit. Heavier pieces require slightly more length to sit correctly.
Ring sizing
Request a complimentary ring sizer at checkout. We recommend sizing in the evening, when fingers are at their largest.
