Made-to-order earrings are usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. This is the time to make your earring, before delivery begins. For a bespoke commission, we agree the production schedule with you individually; if you are ordering for a particular occasion, tell us the date before placing your order.

After dispatch, UK delivery is next day, USA delivery is two business days, and European delivery is three to five business days. Your jewellery is insured in transit. We cover duties and taxes for US and European orders. For other destinations, ask our team to confirm the delivery estimate and any import charges before ordering.

For bespoke earrings, tell us whether you want a pair or a single earring, the shape and dimensions you prefer, your chosen metal and diamonds, and your budget. Include reference images and any existing jewellery you want the design to complement.

Bespoke commissions start at £2,000, with a typical range of £7,500–£25,000. The final quote depends on the design, materials and diamonds. A 50% deposit is required before design begins, with the balance due before handover. We discuss the brief and agree the production timeline for your commission; the standard made-to-order estimate is not a promise for every bespoke project.

Our lifetime guarantee covers manufacturing faults, including faults discovered after delivery. If something does not seem right with your earring, contact our team with your order number, clear photographs and an explanation of the issue. Eligible manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free of charge. We will assess the issue and explain the next steps. The guarantee is not a promise that every repair, alteration or instance of accidental damage is free.

To care for your earrings, store your earrings separately to avoid scratches, keep them away from harsh chemicals, and remove them before strenuous activities that could damage a setting or catch a chain. Use a soft cloth for a gentle surface clean. Ask us before using an ultrasonic cleaner or abrasive jewellery products, particularly on earrings with decorative details or mixed materials.

For eligible earring purchases, we offer a 14-day exchange or refund option. Made-to-order earrings can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit when new and unworn. Contact us before sending a return and retain the original packaging and accessories.

Where earrings are supplied with a hygiene seal, breaking it may exclude a change-of-mind return where permitted by law. Personalised or genuinely custom-made earrings may also be excluded from statutory change-of-mind cancellation. These exclusions do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or misdescribed. Explore the specification on each earring design to see its available silver, gold and diamond options. Plain metal and diamond-set earrings have different looks, and not every style is offered in every combination. Where a colour and a metal choice appear separately, select both: colour alone does not confirm the metal specification.

Before ordering, check the dimensions, fastening information and whether the listing is for a single earring or a pair. If any of those details are unclear, our team can confirm them for the exact design. We can also help compare the presence of a hoop or a more sculptural style.

Lab-grown diamonds are diamonds grown in a controlled environment; natural diamonds form in the earth. They share the same fundamental chemical composition and crystal structure. The difference is their origin, which also affects their price. Select the diamond option shown on the product page: not every design is offered with both lab-grown and natural diamonds.

For diamonds over one carat, we offer GIA or IGI certification. This refers to the individual diamond, not the combined carat weight of many smaller stones. Several carats of pavé diamonds set into earrings do not mean every small stone has an individual report. Our advisors can confirm the diamond specification and applicable certification for the earring you are considering.

Compare the stated dimensions with an earring you already wear comfortably. For hoops, consider both the diameter and the thickness: they determine how closely the hoop sits to your ear and how much presence it has. For a dropping or sculptural design, consider its full length as well as its width.

Check the fastening type and your piercing position before choosing. If you have a particular fit requirement or metal sensitivity, tell our advisor the details and ask about the exact specification; do not assume that every earring has the same post, closure or suitability.
