Your piece is usually ready to dispatch in 2–3 weeks. For an update on a piece in production, contact the team with your order number.
Changes or cancellations
Email info@icedlondon.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipped. Check the terms for your order with our team.
