All domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and all international orders are shipped via DHL. Order processing may take up to 3 days. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. All packages are insured and trackable.
Our standard delivery & return policies do not apply to made-to-order products or items marked as Final Sale. Shipping surcharges may be applied on orders requiring multiple deliveries. At Iced London, we don't sell "fast fashion" jewelry. We are not pulling pre-made, hollow pieces off a shelf. We build them exactly the same way we build a $50,000 Gold and Diamond piece.
The ICED LONDON Difference:
- The Process: The only variable we change is the material (Solid Silver instead of Gold; Moissanite instead of Diamond). The craftsmanship, labor, and standards remain at the highest level of high jewelry.
- Hand-Setting vs. Wax-Setting: Many overseas competitors use "wax setting." They cast the metal around the stones to save time. This often leads to stones falling out and a messy finish. We use Hand-Setting. Our master jewelers drill holes into the metal and set every single Moissanite stone by hand, prong by prong. This ensures your piece sparkles like a diamond and lasts a lifetime.
- Solid vs. Hollow: We don't cut corners. While others offer hollow-back pieces to save on silver, our pieces are solid and heavyweight.
